Ok starting day 3. I have lost 2 1/2 lbs. But I gained 4 on my last supper, so still need to lose 1 1/2 to get back to start!!!!
Learning how to work the food.... sometimes adding a few vegetables makes it palatable. Need to careful taking Phen. Didn't get to sleep until 2 A.M.
I woke up hungry at 7 am.
Well, off to Curves to burn some calories!
