day 4 ......86 more to go

I am getting into the swing of this. 4 lbs. in 3 days. Now, I am back to start having lost "the last supper" lbs. Feeling pretty much ok. I enjoy the phen. No big plans 2day.

Ok starting day 3. I have lost 2 1/2 lbs. But I gained 4 on my last supper, so still need to lose 1 1/2 to get back to start!!!!
Learning how to work the food.... sometimes adding a few vegetables makes it palatable. Need to careful taking Phen. Didn't get to sleep until 2 A.M.
I woke up hungry at 7 am.
Well, off to Curves to burn some calories!

medifast

Just started the diet. OMG, this better work. The oatmeal was like wall paper paste, the soup was bland, and the peanut butter bar was very sweet. Shrimp, veggies for dinner. Yummy, I think I'll live.

Didn't find RSS anything special. I have always had all my favorites bookmarked so it wasn't hard to find. I'll have to wait to see if I like this better.
